Places in the dark green CycloParking boxes in neighbouring streets can be rented for 12€/year, but there are year-long waiting lists (and administration is erratic): https://cycloparking.brussels.
In the street. it is always a good idea to secure bikes well: in 2022, 70 bikes were stolen in Brussels … per day!
